Access to purchased digital items is granted via secure links or hosted platforms; consulting access is provided via scheduled sessions.
GTMtransfer may update, improve, or discontinue features without notice, provided core purchased entitlements are honored or refunded as applicable.
Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment via email download link or platform access credentials; check spam/promotions if not received within 30 minutes and contact support if needed.
Consulting bookings receive a calendar link within 24 hours; custom engagements include scope, deliverables, and timeline agreed in writing via email or contract.
Digital products: refundable if requested within 14 days of purchase; after 14 days, all sales are final due to downloadable nature.
Consulting services: refundable if requested within 14 days of purchase; after 14 days, all sales are final.
Duplicate charges or technical access issues will be corrected promptly upon notice to support.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal or internal business use only.
Prohibited: copying, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, public posting, or sharing access credentials without written permission.
No use to build a competing product or to train AI models without explicit written consent.
All content, templates, frameworks, trademarks, and site materials are the intellectual property of GTMtransfer or its licensors.
No ownership is transferred; only the limited license described above is granted.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consulting outputs (presentations, frameworks, playbooks) are licensed for internal use by the purchasing entity and are not for redistribution.
Client-provided materials remain client property; GTMtransfer retains background IP and methods.
Non-public business, technical, or personal information shared in connection with services will be kept strictly confidential and used solely to deliver services, except as required by law; this obligation survives termination.
Payments are processed by third-party processors; invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Prices exclude taxes unless noted; customer is responsible for applicable taxes except those based on GTMtransfer’s income.
Services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement; no guarantees of business outcomes or results are made.
GTMtransfer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of products or services.
Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GTMtransfer, its officers, agents, and employees from claims arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the content or services.
Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under the account lies with the customer; notify GTMtransfer immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
Certain features may rely on third-party tools (e.g., payment, scheduling, hosting); use of those services may be subject to their terms, and GTMtransfer is not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
GTMtransfer may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GTMtransfer may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse; customer may terminate by ceasing use. Sections intended to survive (confidentiality, IP, limitations, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue reside in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
